I love sunsets. The medley of colours, which in any other context would be an assault to the eyes, are transformed into a beautiful spectacle which change each and every day. The other evening, I was walking home when I turned around and saw the (quite frankly, stunning) sunset that I was missing. After so many days without sunshine here in Brisbane, I felt compelled to capture it. As usual I didn't have a camera on me, only my phone, so I had to settle for this mediocre photograph. It doesn't quite capture the gamut of hues that I was treated to that evening but it's enough to make me smile on a rainy day.
